Apple has planted iOS 15.6 Release Candidate and iPadOS 15.6 Release Candidate for Developers. The iOS Release Candidate version is usually the last beta of the app before it is released.
Assuming there are no problems with iOS 15.6 and iPadOS 15.6 RC, then this is the type that Apple should release to everyone.

iOS 15.6 includes extensions, bug fixes and security updates.
– The TV program increases the chances of restarting an existing game and pauses, resumes, or moves forward
– Fixes an issue where the Update may continue to show that the device storage is full even when available
– Fixes an issue that may cause the braille devices to slow down or stop responding when you check Email
– Fixes an issue in Safari where the tab can revert to the previous page
